In preparation for Fall 2019's lineup, I made a list of upcoming titles that interested me. Below are released trailers/commercials and respective summaries.
Shokugeki no Soma Shin no Sara

Synopsis: The fourth season to Shokugeki no Soma. This will pick up from end of season 3 where Soma and the Polar Star Dormitory classmates continue to face the rest of the Elite 10.
Assassin's Pride

Synopsis: Set in a fantasy world where people possess mana, Kufa Vampir is given the command to assassinate Melida Angel if she proves useless. She was born without mana and now Kufa is offered to tutor her in order to unlock her potential.
Psycho Pass 3

Synopsis: Season 3 to Psycho-Pass. Features a new cast of characters as well as some previously seen before. It appears we have new protagonists, removing Tsunemori Akane from seasons one and two.
As an avid fan of Psycho-Pass, I am excited to see what they have to offer in season 3. I hope it doesn't fall short like it did in season 2.
Mugen no Juunin/Blade of the Immortal

Synopsis: Manji is a ronin cursed with immortality after killing many people. Rin is on a revenge filled journey and teams up with Manji to fulfill her wish and possibly end Manji's immortality.
I watched the 2008 production of Blade of the Immortal and dropped it halfway. It creeped me out a lot and I was too young to understand it at the time. I am giving the newer adaption a change after hearing that they will adhere faithfully to the source material.
Human Lost/Ningen Shikaku

Synopsis: A reinterpretation of Osamu Dazai's Ningen Shikaku presented as an anime film.
Ningen Shikaku was a novel written by Osamu Dazai and published shortly before he committed suicide. It is also known as No Longer Human by Western audiences and is semi-autobiographical. In short, it is about a man named Oba Yozo who is unable to reveal his true self and thus always places a facade of himself in front of others. It is a rather unsettling story as Yozo constantly struggles with feelings of alienation and suicide throughout the events of the book. For those interested, you can also watch the anime Aoi Bungaku which covers several famous Japanese authors' works in the form of anime. Ningen Shikaku is covered in one of the arcs.
Babylon
Release Date: 10/7/19

Synopsis: A police drama where an investigation finds a bloodstained document covered in skin, hair, and the letter "F".
Totsukuni no Shojo/The Girl From the Other Side:Siúil, a Rún
Release Date: 9/10/19
Studio: Production I.G.
Synopsis: This is a one episode OVA. The realm is divided into Outside and Inside where transmorphic creatures and humans live separately. One girl and one creature named "Teacher" happen to coexist together at the boundaries and this is the story about them.
Kabukicho Sherlock

You may recognize the character design being similar to Joker Game. Toshiyuki Yahagi is the doing the character designs and he had also participated in Joker Game's character designs.

Synopsis: So far there hasn't been any release on what type of story it is.

Keishichou Tokumubu Tokushu Kyouakuhan Taisakushitsu Dainanaka -Tokunana-

Synopsis: Dragons existed in the past and the ones left are living resemble humans in a futuristic Tokyo. A group called the Nine are causing chaos to harness the power of the dragons and thus a special crime unit was formed.
Not a fan of extremely long titles as they are hard to remember. Not the best way to attract a larger audience in my opinion unless there's something unique about it.
