[Food Review] How to Learn Vietnamese Bit By Bit

To this day, I try a new dish at Nam Son to learn a new name. Today I will recall a bun thit nuong cha gio I had in November.

So even this amateur here managed to learn some Vietnamese. *laughs* Actually it's just me reading off the menu. In addition to pho, bun is also my favorite way of eating rice vermicelli. Cha gio as you may seen in my past Nam Son posts is the Vietnamese styled spring rolls. Always will it be a favorite topping. Thit nuong is grilled beef.  The beef is grilled on skewers so they ended up in a cylindrical shape in my bowl. They topped it with fresh scallions and rushed peanuts. At the very bottom of my bowl were chopped cucumbers. As I ripped my fresh basil and mint over my bowl, I poured the sweetened fish sauce. It was a heavenly dish that I ate with gusto in late autumn. What will I order at Nam Son next time?
